Terms of Use

Welcome

These Terms govern your use of STEM//COMMAND, a student study-planning and practice tool created and authored by Jaslyn Lumbsden. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

What STEM//COMMAND provides

The app offers original practice, study planning, progress tools, optional account features, and one-time-purchase extensions. It is educational support only. Score projections, readiness estimates, AI responses, study plans, and college information are informational estimates—not guarantees, professional advice, or official results.

Fair and honest use

Do not use the app to cheat, share secure exam material, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, impersonate someone else, or attempt to access another person’s account or data. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app’s original code, designs, writing, or question content without written permission.

Accounts and purchases

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link and device secure. Purchases are one-time purchases, not required recurring memberships. Payments are processed by Stripe; STEM//COMMAND does not store card numbers. A purchased pack unlocks only the tools described for that pack and only after payment is confirmed.

Third-party names and sources

SAT, ACT, AP, College Board, and other named tests or organizations are owned by their respective owners. STEM//COMMAND is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. Links to official resources are provided for convenience. Students must verify current requirements, deadlines, and policies with the official source.

Our content and your content

STEM//COMMAND’s original code, layout, branding, written content, and original questions are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the work you create and enter in your private workspace, such as essays, activities, or notes.

Safety and availability

Use good judgment when collaborating or messaging. Do not share private information you would not want another student to see. The app may change, be unavailable temporarily, or have features revised as it improves.
